Journey Vision & Family Enrichment

Here at Journey we are X-TATIC about what the Lord is doing in us and preparing to do thru us!! We are ordinary people who desire to do an extra ordinary thing on the planet with God. We simply want to walk with Him in Life and be a part of what He is up to among us....

Here is a glimpse into our God directed and Holy Spirit filled plan...

Phase I - ALWAYS DEVELOPING - Develop Core group for church plant / meeting in homes for Prayer, Study, Fellowship and Direction...

Phase II - BEGAN- 01-07-07 Expand Core group foundation thru God leading visionary people to the Journey who desire to be the church in the community for Jesus. People who have a stirring of God in their hearts leading them to be more than church attenders. Launching the 'J-Connection' - A branch of Journey that reaches out to the community and connects hurting people with the Love of God.

Phase III - 2008 as God leads - Our community outreach for Praise, Worship, Service and Community growth for the Kingdom of God in the World around us. Gathering in a community location or locations - Emphasis on service in the community.

Phase IV - TILL JESUS COMES!! Expanding the Journey to other hungry parts of the world that desire to be a part of something more for the Lord.

IF GOD BE FOR US... WHO CAN COME AGAINST US....

OUR VISION = 25% INWARD (worship, small groups)

75% OUTWARD (outreach, service, community involvement)

  FAMILY ENRICHMENT

Journey is excited to provide such an awesome opportunity for families to come together for a time of fellowship and encouragement. Families come together for 7 weeks in a row (once a week in the evening) and then we take a break. for a month and kick it off again.

At these gatherings we typically eat together and then offer fun activities for the kids and bible study and encouragement prayer for the adults.

Everyone is welcome to join us for this time of Encouragement and Fun!!

"Many churches die because they make choices and adopt patterns of tradition that cause them to decline. Traditions and patterns which were meaningful years ago become contextually outdated, yet churches continue to

practice those same traditions for sentimental reasons"
